Jake's CSR is responsible for answering customer phone calls with a polite and positive attitude and a problem solving mindset.
When you answer the phone you are the first point of contact for our customer, so we want them to get the right impression.
Responsibilities Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and talking directly with homeowners.
It is the CSR's job to collect as much information as possible, while trying to put the customer's mind at ease.
Qualifications 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Friendly, bubbly personality.
Loves helping people.
Problem solving skills.
