Qualifications:
nno A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapyno Currently licensed in state of practiceno Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declinationno Minimum one year experience in a home health settingnnCare for Who I Am is Caring for Who We Are.
