This is a unique opportunity to work on both inbound and outbound sales initiatives within the organization. This would be an inside sales position with future opportunity to move into an outside sales capacity with your own assigned territory. This company is growing at a rapid rate and is seeking talented individuals to help propel the business to the next level. The position will be an hourly position with potential for incentives based on exceeding sales goals and initiatives. Job responsibilities include: ?Taking parts orders, creating quotes for the Sales Team Leader, collecting payment information, gathering shipping and contact information, tracking shipments for the customer, directing them to technical services and following up to see that their needs were met. ?It will be expected that this individual will complement the territory sales people by placing any inbound sales leads into the CRM (Salesforce) and as time allows assist the Sales Team Leader with lead generation activities ?Daily updates to the Sales Team Leader will be required. It is expected that all inquires will be completed by the end of each business day and all exceptions will be reported to the Sales Team Leader so that they can insure that all pertinent transaction are completed in a timely basis. ?Good organizational and time management skills will be required. ?The products serviced are mechanical in nature and a mechanical inclination would be very valuable. - Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred - Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors - Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work - Employer suggests 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
